Thibodaux Regional Bayou/River All-Star basketball game set for March 23

The Thibodaux Regional River vs. Bayou All-Star basketball game will be played at 6 p.m. on March 23 at Thibodaux High School.
This year’s event, which will feature a new format in Lafourche/River All-Stars versus Terrebonne/River All-Stars, will start with a 3-point contest and a dunk contest at 6 p.m., and the game will follow. Tickets are $5.
All-Star senior players from Lafourche Parish schools will combine with East St. John High to take on all-star senior players from Terrebonne Parish schools and players from Assumption, John Curtis and Destrehan.
The players who will make up the Lafourche/River Team are Stephen LeBouef of E.D. White Catholic, Trevon Cole and Tylor Jones of Thibodaux High, Treavon Evans, Shawn Cheramie and Seth Cheramie of South Lafourche, John Paul Williams and Wyton Young of Central Lafourche and Elex Carter, Israel Bell and Devin Bornes of East St. John.
The players who will compete for the Terrebonne/River Team are Teren Morris and Isaac Allridge of H.L. Bourgeois, William Moses and Erin Harris of Terrebonne High, Tyrone Smith and Patrick Wilson of South Terrebonne, Malik Mills and Michael Muse of Assumption, Nate Frye of Houma Christian, Cameron Parfait of Ellender, Isaac Banks of John Curtis and Gary Johnson of Destrehan.
